Canned jalapeños or mild chiles
10 oz grated cheese
5 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º
Slice peppers in half and remove seeds. Line bottom of a glass pie plate with the peppers. Top with thick layer of cheese. Top with well beaten eggs. Bake 45 minutes. Cut into small squares to serve.
