Ingredients:  
2 Bunches of Broccoli (washed & chopped into small pieces - I used only florets)
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Lb Bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled) (optional)
Dried Cranberries or Raisins to Taste
1 Cup Mayo (fat-free)
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Red Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar together. Mix broccoli, cheese, bacon, cranberries and/or raisins together. Mix all together. Best made the day before.

You may want to double the dressing if you think the salad is a little dry.
