1 Flank Steak about 2-3 lbs.
2-3 Cloves of garlic mashed
Salt and pepper
Meat Tenderizer
Enough bacon to wrap.

Directions:
Directions:
Place flank steak in plastic bag and pound with mallet to flatten. On one side score the meat in a cross hatch pattern. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper. Spread crushed garlic over the cross hatched side. Roll the meat like a jelly roll with the grain. Take bacon strips and lay over the meat. Cut into steaks as wide as the bacon. Use toothpicks to keep meat and bacon together in jelly roll form.

Grill 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness.
