3 1/4 Cups Sifted Flour
1//2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 Cup Butter (soft, room temperature)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg (beaten)
2 teaspoons Vanilla
10 Drops Food Coloring (optional)
Sprinkles or Color Sugar

Preheat oven to 425º.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix butter with sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla (and coloring). Stir in flour mixture and blend together.

Use a cookie press and press cookie onto uncreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles or colored sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Can make green Christmas trees with red sugar sprinkled on top. Or red hearts with red sugar on top.
