Worcestershire Sauce
Butter-lb. , melted
Liquid Smoke-oz.
Lemon Juice-oz.
Pick-A-Pepper Sauce-oz.
Italian Dressing-oz.


1 gallon = 4 quarts= 128 oz
1pound = 16 oz


For every 2lbs of meat, use 5.12 oz of Worcestershire, .04 lbs butter, .16 oz 0f liquid smoke, .32 oz of lemon juice, .48 oz of pick-a-pepper, .96 oz Italian Dressing.

Mix all ingredients together in a large container, add meat and let sit at least 8 hours.
