1 loaf crusty bread, thinly sliced
1 triangle brie cheese
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1 container grape tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp.olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lay each slice of bread out on a baking sheet. Top with a thin slice of brie cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bread is crisped. Mix together tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Put a spoonful of mixture on each slice of bread and serve.
