1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked
onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 large eggs
1 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onions in butter until golden brown and set aside. Whip eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix in onion, cheese and bacon. Pour the mixture into the pie pan. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until a fork inserted in middle comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes before cutting.
