1-2 lb. of stew meat
2 pkgs of brown dry gravy mix
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place stew meat in crockpot, you can braise/brown meat first in frying pan, but not necessary. Whisk together water and gravy mix and add to meat in crockpot. Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. (If gravy is too watery, you can add a little flour to c. water, shake/mix it up so there are no lumps and add to crock pot and stir to thicken gravy.)
