450g self-raising flour
2 rounded tsp. baking powder
75g unsalted butter
50g caster sugar
2 eggs
225 ml buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Add baking powder to flour and sift. Mix in butter until breadcrumb consistancy; add sugar and mix well. Add beaten eggs with milk in a bowl, then add to dry ingredients and mix well. Roll out 1 1/2" high. Cut into circles. Let sit for 15 minutes. Place on tray, not touching each other, then bake at 350F or 180C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
