4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
All purpose flour
Sal t and pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp dried tarragon crumbled
¼ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat chicken breasts with flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add breasts and sauté uncovered, over medium heat until brown (5 – 7 minutes per side) remove and cover to keep warm. Whisk mustard into pan and add the chicken broth, honey, tarragon and boil vigorously over high heat until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken and garnish with lemon wedges.
