6 flour tortillas
8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can green chilies or Rotel
1 pound sausage or ham
1 tsp. garlic
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break up tortillas into pieces and layer half in greased casserole dish. Cook sausage or ham and crumble or chop. Place half of meat on top of tortillas. Add half cheese. Repeat. Mix eggs, milk and green chilis (rotel) and pour over casserole. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
