1 lb frozen crabmeat, defrosted or canned, water well squeezed out
¼ yellow & red pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 dashes hot sauce
1 egg, beaten
Fresh parsley finely chopped
1 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients using ½ cup of bread crumbs. Form patties using an ice cream scoop for consistency. Coat the crab cakes with the remaining ½ cup bread crumbs and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Fry in a large non- stick frying pan with 2 tbsp. olive oil. Cook 4 – 5 minutes per side until golden brown, flip once only. Serve with dill sauce.

Sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, 2 tbsp fresh dill, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup minced onion.
