3-4 pound chuck roast
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
5-6 pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1.Add all ingredients to slow cooker in order listed.
2.Add lid and set to low
3.Cook 8-10 hours until roast shreds with light pressure with a fork. (or 4-6 hours on high)
4.Shred and serve.
