1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 egg yolks, save whites
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
Nuts, your choice, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except nuts. Roll into small balls. Roll or dip into unbeaten egg whites.
Roll into finely chopped nuts.
Bake at 350º F for 5 minutes then remove from oven and dent each cookie with thimble and finish
baking about 8 more minutes or until done.
When cooled, drop a bit of powdered sugar frosting in dent. Pink frosting is good but so is milk chocolate.
