2 T olive oil
1 medium fine chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb ground pork
1 16 oz jar salsa
½ c bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown onion 3 minutes in skillet with 1 T oil.
Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Let cool.
Mix pork, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, cumin, onion and garlic. Shape into balls.
Add rest oil to skillet and brown the meatballs, about 7 minutes.
Bake 25 minutes in oven with salsa on top of meatballs.
Serve over rice or tortilla shells.
