Ingredients:  
4 chicken breasts ( 2 whole)
1 head lettuce, shredded
c onion, chopped
Small bag slivered almonds
Small can chow mein noodles
2 T poppyseeds
4 T sugar
4 T white vinegar
c salad oil
tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and chop chicken breasts. Mix together the lettuce, onion, and chicken.
Mix together almonds, noodles and poppyseeds.
Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper for the dressing.

Mix all together just before serving the salad.
