Swedish Meatballs Recipe

1 lb hamburger
3/4 Cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Egg slightly beaten
3/4 tsp cornstarch
3/4 cups milk
/12 tsp nutmeg
Fry in pan till browned
remove meatballs

in same pan make sauce
3 Tbsp four
3 Tbsp butter
2 bullion cubes
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper

Gravy will not be very thick, add meatballs back to pan and cook for 30 minutes.

Make meatballs and fry until well browned
Remove meatballs and make sauce in same pan
once sauce is created, add meatballs back and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
