4 eggs
c cold water
tsp salt
c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add water and beat again. Add salt and flour.
Mixture should be very thin.

Drop onto greased griddle and spread out with spoon. Flip only once.

Fill with butter, jelly, etc. and put powdered sugar on top.
