1 bag Plain Stuffing Cubes
1-2 rolls Bulk Sausage (Jones), crumbled and cooked
2 Large Onions chopped
4 stalks Celery chopped fine
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 Eggs
1 large box Chicken or Turkey broth to soften

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add stuffing cubes. Cooked bulk sausage in a skillet until browned. Add to bread cubes. In a skillet with a stick of butter saute onions and celery to lightly brown. Add to stuffing mixture and fold. Add one egg, salt and pepper. Start with a cup of broth to soften the stuffing cubes mix slowly, you may even want to use your hands. If needed add up to another cup of broth to get the bread cubes soft but maintain their shape.

Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
