cup Butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Dash of salt
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, remove from heat and stir in next 3 ingredients. Add beaten eggs, vanilla extract and buttermilk. Stir till well blended. Stir in coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
