4 Chicken breasts; cooked and diced
1 pkg wild rice (I have used Basmati Rice)
1c. seedless grapes or raisins/craisins
1c. diced celery
1c. diced apples, unpeeled
1c. slivered almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2-3 tsp. curry powder

Directions:

Mix chicken, rice, grapes/raisins/craisins, celery, apples, and nuts. Add soy sauce and curry powder. Adjust seasonings to taste and chill two hours.
