3/4 lb Sea Bass (per 2 people)
Kosher Salt
Fresh Black Pepper
Lemon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Remove skin from Sea Bass
Rub all sides with Olive Oil
Season all sides with Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper

Preheat a 12" NON-STICK Skillet to smoking hot
Place fish in and let sear for 5 minutes. Do not move or touch.
Turn fish over and sear on other side for 5 minutes. Do not move or touch.
Place in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice all over and let sit for about 3 minutes.
