8 strips of bacon diced
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tps pepper
1 cup shredded chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon then remove and place on paper towel to drain Combine eggs,milk,buttermilk mix,melted butter and pepper. Cover and blend 15 seconds or until mixed well
Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese glently pressing them below the surface
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
