Rosemary Prime Rib Recipe

4 to 6 Prime rib ribs
6 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp crushed Rosemary
2 Tbsp olive oil

Serve with sauce:
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Horseradish
Mix these together. Serve with prime rib.

Combine all the spices and olive oil. Mix well and cover roast completely.
Bake at 500º F for 30 minutes on lower rack. Reduce heat to 350º F and bake for
another 45 minutes then check temperature with meat thermometer.

125º for rare; 135º for medium; 150º F for well done. The meat temp will increase 5-10 degrees while resting. Remove from oven, let stand 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.

Serve with homemade sauce above with ingredients.
