1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
12 large marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-quart sauce pan, combine butter, sugar and milk. Bring to a hard boil (one you cannot stir down).
Boil for 5 minutes then remove from heat. Add vanilla, chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallows.
Stir until the marshmallows are dissolved. Pour into a buttered 9 X 9" pan.
Chill thoroughly. Cut into squares.

Very tasty and fairly easy. You can add fun things to this fudge for variety, like peppermint candies,
