1/2 lb lean ground beef or cubed sirloin steak
Lots of carrots, sliced
2 stocks of celery, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
large onion, chopped
1 cup or can of green beans
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can beef broth
4 or 5 tbsp flour
1 pkg of A'jus mix
fresh garlic, lots, smashed
parsley
basil
puff pastry
grated cheese, your choice
sour cream, chives or salsa for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet till done and browned with the onion. Add other ingredients and toss together.
This should be hot so mix the Au juice mix and flour into the beef broth and pour over the beef veggies
and cook till thickened. Spray a pie pan with non-stick spray then line dish with soft puff pastry.
Pour beef mixture into the shell and sprinkle with a dash of red pepper (or not). Sprinkle meat with
a little red wine or lemon juice. Add top crust of puff pastry, dot with butter.
Bake at 350º F for about 45 minutes. Spread grated cheddar cheese over hot pie and brown in oven.

Let cool about 5 minutes. Top with chives and sour cream or toppings of your liking.
