1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 T, butter, unsalted
2 T. olive oil
2 T. sweet chili sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sriracha hot sauce or Tabasco
4 T. minced garlic
juice from a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except shrimp to oven-safe skillet, stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

2. Remove the skillet from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.

3. Add the shrimp and toss it around so that it's fully immersed in the sauce.

4. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes - up to 4 hours.

5. Preheat oven to 400.

6. Bake shrimp for 10-15 minutes.

7. Serve immediately with crusty French bread and drizzle with additional lemon juice as needed.
