1 lb - 500 g mascarpone
1 1/2 cup - 350 g ladyfingers
10 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup - 125 ml Limoncello
6 eggs, whites divided from yolks
2 lemons, grated lemon peel
1 pint of whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Lay the ladyfingers out in a baking dish, and sprinkle them with the Limoncello to soak in.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy.

Whisk the egg whites and add to the mixture. Pour in the mascarpone then add whipped cream.

Start with a ayer of ladyfingers soaked in limoncello, then cover the layer of cookies with cream and a dusting of lemon peel. Repeat layering and finish with the cream, add plenty of lemon peel.

Store in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
