6 Hard Rolls (soaked in Milk and squeezed dry)
4 Eggs
2 Onions medium, chopped
1 Stick butter, melted
3/4 box white raisins

1 lb. Ground Pork
1 lb. Ground Veal
1 lb. Ground Beef

Mix all the ingredients above. Stuff turkey and cook.

To cook this through properly, turkey will be dry.

This recipe was considered gross by most family members in the 1970's. Grandma stopped doing this in favor of a sausage bread stuffing which Mom stuffed the turkey with until the early 2000's when she switched to cooking stuffing in a casserole pan.

I put this in the book as a history lesson in changing tastes, but also I showed the recipe to a friend who suggested cooking it as a meatloaf.
