1 10oz package of frozen spinach or other green
1 16oz. container ricotta cheese
2C shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2c Parmesan cheese
1 egg white
8 lasagna noodles boiled(add 1/2 cup water to spagahetti sauce) or use the noodles that don't need to be boiled( don't add water to sauce)
1 jar spagahetti sauce
Mozarella cheese for topping

Cook spinach and drain. Mix with the first three cheese and egg white. Spread sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Layer 1/2 the noodles over sauce. Place all the cheese mixture over the noodles. Please the second layer of sauce and another layer of noodles. Top with a heavy layer of sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle with last amount of cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
