2 cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz Wishbone Italian dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips/scoops.

This is a great recipe for parties, potlucks, and picnics. It makes a lot and the leftovers are great on baked potatoes or salad.
