1. 1 small bag of Great Northern White Beans (cook according to pkg) or 4 to 6 cans white beans
2. 1 small Chicken, boiled & boned or frozen chicken pieces
3. 2 15oz Chicken Broth
4. 2 - 15oz Stokes Green Chile w/ Chicken
5. 1 small diced green chilies (mild, med or hot)

You can add cumin or other spices as desired. I sometimes add diced tomatoes or Salsa

You can also use any meats, such as pork or beef instead of Chicken.

Directions:

Cooke beans, chicken, broth and the remaining ingredients. Cook in Crock-pot on low till tender.

Serve w/ graded cheese, tortilla chips or rice
