2 red bell peppers
1 1/2 c cider vinegar
2 T tabasco
6.5 cups sugar
1 bottle Certo (buy from Amazon if can't find in stores)

Directions:
Directions:
Prep sterilized canning jars.

Blend peppers, vinegar and tabasco sauce in blender. Pour in a large pan, add sugar, bring to a boil. Let sit for 10 min, skim foam from top.
Stir in Certo, stir.

Pour into sterilized jars.

Serve over goat or cream cheese.
