1 2-3 lb. pork shoulder or butt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup water or chicken broth
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 tsp ground mustard
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup coke or pepsi

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all seasonings together and rub onto the pork loin and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. Place olive oil in the bottom of the instant pot and sear all sides of the pork loin, pour coke, water and worcestershire sauce into the instant pot. Seal lid and set timer for 90 minutes, when finished cooking drain off some of the liquid and shred pork. Pour barbecue sauce over the shredded pork and serve on buns.
