Ingredients:  
Kernels from Corn on the Cob.
Finely diced Tomatoes, Onions, Celery, Red Peppers, Chili.
Olive oil
Garlic
White Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn kernels, tomatoes, onions, celery, peppers and chilies in a salad bowl.

Make the dressing:
Add Olive Oil, 2 cloves garlic. a splash of vinegar to a mixer. Season with salt and pepper. Blend and taste. Adjust and then add to corn salad.

Stir the salad and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.

Serve.
