1 lb. chicken breast
flour or corn tortillas

For the Marinade:
¼ c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1½ tbsp. sugar
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

For the Sauce
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. sour cream
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. dry mustard
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a medium to large bowl. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for eight hours or overnight.

Grill the marinated chicken for five minutes on each side. Dice chicken and serve with flour or corn tortillas and sauce.

To prepare the sauce, combine all ingredients in small bowl; whisk to blend. Season dip with salt and pepper. Serve over tacos.
