1 c butter
1/2 c shortening
1 box brown sugar
1 c sugar
5 large or 6 small eggs
3 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c evaporated milk
1 c chopped pecans
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and shortening then gradually add sugars and eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour with baking powder and salt. Add vanilla, evaporated milk and chopped nuts.

Bake in Bundt pan at 300º for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
