1 c pitted dates (about 20)
1/2 c natural peanut butter creamy
2 T coconut oil
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dates in hat water for 15 minutes and drain. Line loaf pan with parchment paper and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. Process until smooth. Spread evenly on bottom of prepared pan and freeze 60 minutes. Slice into 1 inch squares, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.

Store in freezer for up to 1 week.
