Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ c. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ c. crumbled blue cheese
¼ c. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
¼ c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 c. thinly sliced celery
½ c. thinly sliced red onion
¼ c. chopped parsley
4 hoagie or club rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a resealable plastic bag, combine hot sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken, toss to coat and let marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or up to overnight. The longer it marinates, the spicier it will be.

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well, smashing some blue cheese to make a flavorful sauce. Fold in celery, red onion, and parsley. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Can be made a day in advance.

Heat lightly greased grill or pan to medium high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip away. Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Chicken is done when meat thermometer inserted reaches 170º. Remove chicken from grill and let rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Place on roll and top with blue cheese celery slaw.
