Ingredients:

Potato Dumpling Soup:
Cube 4 large potato’s
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced carrots
2 tsp salt
2 tsp butter
1 qt scalded milk
Parsley
Cook until potato’s are tender and liquid is boiling then drop in dumplings.

Dumplings:
2 eggs
2 T cold water
Pinch of salt
Enough flour to make stiff
Drop in boiling soup and dumplings will float to the top when cooked.
