CORN DIP APPETIZER

3 (11 ounce) cans Mexi-Corn
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
3/4 cup of mayonnaise (I prefer miracle whip giving both a try will let you know which you prefer because both give off two very different tastes)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3-5 green onions (green part only)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Dig in with a bag or two of Frito's scoops!!

This recipe is good for a handful of people (5) or so BUT FOR OUR FAMILY I would definitely double or even triple the ingredients because it is really good!!!
Also, have fun adding more green chilies or jalapenos if you like the recipe hot! Add some cumin or other seasonings if you want too this recipe can be altered in any way you like!
