2 c rotisserie chicken
1 (28 oz.) frozen potatoes or fresh potatoes (1 - 1 per person)
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
c milk
2 c shredded cheese (your favorite)
⅓ c bacon pieces (use real bacon, please)
⅓ c green onion, chopped
tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl - everything (except the melted butter, cup cheese, half of the bacon pieces, and green onions.
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with baking spray and put mixed ingredients into the pan. Drizzle butter over the mixture.
Cover with foil and bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 45 minutes for frozen potatoes or 1 hour for small cut fresh potatoes.
Remove the casserole from oven and sprinkel with remaining cheese, bacon pieces, and green onions.
Return to oven and bake long enough to melt and brown cheese.
