8 oz cream cheese

1 egg

⅓ cup sugar

⅛ tsp salt

6 oz package chocolate chips

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

cup cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

tsp salt

1 cup cold water

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp vanilla

⅓ cup oil

Mix cream cheese, egg, ⅓ cup sugar, ⅛ tsp salt, and chocolate chips and set aside.

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and 1 cup sugar.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry and mix.

Line mini muffin pans with cupcake papers and fill ⅓ full with the batter mixture.

Add some of the cheese mixture to the top of the batter. Do not overfill.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
