3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 pound pasta, cooked al dente
1 (24 oz. jar) of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 c mozarella cheese, shredded
c parmesean cheese, shredded
2 c panko
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Place your cooked pasta into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pasta.
Lay your cubed chicken over the pasta.
Sprinkle cup of panko bread crumbs over the chicken.
Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken.
Top with mozarella, remaining panko, and parmesean.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

I would reduce the amount of pasta to 1/2 - 3/4 pound. I found 1 pound of pasta to be too much and the casserole was a little drier than I preferred.
