1 package (8 oz) cream cheese - softened
1 can (16 oz) salmon drained and flaked
cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
teaspoon garlic salt
Chopped parsley
Hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except parsley. Shape mixture in a ball. Cover and refridgerate at least 8 hours. Coat ball with chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.
