Phil's BBQ Sauce Recipe

1 sml chopped onion
1 qt beer
1/4 cup salad oil
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
1 tsp basil
2 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp celery seed or 2 chopped celery stalks
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 TBS brown sugar
1/4 Cup molasses
dash hot sauce
1 TBS Accent
1 TBS BBQ spice
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic salt

Brown onions in salad oil
add spices, vinegar, beer & sauces
bring to a boil
add sugar and molasses
stir slightly and pour over meat - about 2 - 3 hours before ready to cook

to re-use bring to a boil before refrigerating - will keep several weeks in fridge.
