10" pie shell
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 small can mushrooms
1 medium onion, minced
2 Tbs. butter
1 cup whipping cream
Paprika
Salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Add mushrooms. Beat eggs. Blend cream and milk together, scald the mixture. Add to eggs, slowly stirring. Place sautéed onion mixture in unbaked crust. Add drained, shredded crab meat. Top with seasonings, then shredded Swiss cheese. Slowly pour eggs-milk mixture over all. Top with dash of paprika. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 300º and bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
