2 cups pumpkin
3 eggs
½ cup evaporated milk
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cloves**
¼ tsp ginger**
1 tsp cinnamon**
** if don't have these, remove all and substitute with 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool and cut. I prefer mine served with a side of marshmallow crème :)

Since this is a custardy pie it is hard to tell when it is fully cooked in the center. Insert a knife and make sure it comes out clean.

Mom's handwritten note also says if you are making 2 pies, you can use 1 small can of evaporated milk and add regular milk to get up to the 1 cup needed.
