½ c. soy sauce
½ c. olive oil
4½ tbsp. honey
6 large garlic cloves minced
3 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
½ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2¼ lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare barbecue grill (medium high heat). Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness, about four minutes per side for medium rare.

Transfer steak to work surface. Let stand five minutes. Cut across the grain into thin strips.
