1 lb. crabmeat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Hot sauce to taste
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbs. chopped parsley

Directions:
Blend all ingredients except crab and breadcrumbs. Add crab and gently mix. Blend in breadcrumbs. Shape into patties and saute. Crab cakes are easier to handle if allowed to chill first.
